When you cast: This creature gains ⨂ shapechange points and enters stasis. While in stasis their DgC becomes 0, they gain +3⨂ to BC and Focus, and all movement speeds are reduced to 0. Until This creature exits stasis they gain the following ability:
While caster is focusing on the spell, it gains the following actions:
10 min, 1 shapechange point: Continue stasis. Maintains focus. This creature stays in stasis, healing themselves. If they do not break stasis for 10 min they regain 1d8 + spellcasting ability HP, regain 1 hit die and remove one of the following conditions on themselves: Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Weakened.
Focus loss penalty: If focus is lost before the spell is released, the caster immediately exists stasis but lose all their shapechange points
Spell release: The caster can use ◆◆ to exit stasis before 10 minutes are up. If they do not continue stasis, exit stasis early or run out of shapeshift points, this spell ends.
