Tough. Once per long rest, when Elephant Seal drops to 0 HP, but isn't outright killed, it can immediately use one of its hit dice, adding its Toughness(VIT) to the roll and healing itself for that amount. It still gets 1 level of system stress.

While the target is grappled in this way Elephant Seal automatically deals its bite attack damage to it at the beginning of each of its turns and cannot use bite attack. Elephant Seal can release the grapple as a free action. Grappled creature or any other creature in melee range of the grappled creature can use its ◆ to make Exertion(STR) contest against Elephant Seal's Exertion(STR). On success grapple ends.
