Abilities

Blazing Dash. Once per rest, when Oryx uses its movement action it can move at double speed.

Charge. Whenever Oryx moves in a straight line before attacking, the next melee attack it makes during this turn deals additional ⨂d4 bludgeoning damage where ⨂ is number of meters moved, to the maximum of 2.

Runner. Whenever Oryx uses its move action it selects one creature it can see within 10 m. That movement does not provoke reactions from that creature. All attacks of opportunity against Oryx have double disadvantage.

Actions

◆: Sprint Burst. Oryx's walking movement speed is doubled until the end turn.

◆◆: Hoves. Melee unarmed attack, Melee attack. Exertion(STR) to hit. 1d6 + STR bludgeoning damage.

◆◆◆: Horns. Melee unarmed attack, Melee attack, Exertion(STR) to hit, 2d8 + STR piercing damage. Whenever this attack completely hits a target Oryx adds another die of damage.

Reactions

⮌, Whenever Oryx takes damage: Fleet of Foot. Oryx can immediately move up to its full movement speed without provoking reactions from attacker.

Lore

It began with the forging of the Great Rings. Three were given to the Elves, immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings. Seven to the Dwarf lords, great miners and craftsmen of the mountain halls.
